By strengthening our team with new managers, we’re preparing for the next big milestone of launching ZMorph 2.0 SX Multitool 3D Printer.
Since our company launched in early 2013, ZMorph has been the leader in multifunctional digital fabrication devices, that allow creative people to use both additive and subtractive methods with an affordable machine that fits on a desk.
For years, that idea attracted numerous designers, engineers, and DIY makers worldwide. While the majority of 3D printing manufacturers limited their products to a single manufacturing function, ZMorph customers benefited from the ability to use 3D printing, CNC, and laser with one machine. Years later we’re staying faithful to our founding ideals that established ZMorph’s unique value proposition and a position of among most renown brands on the market.
Now, we’re reaching a new milestone with the launch of ZMorph 2.0 SX and strengthening the management staff. Joining the company are Iain Duncan as Chief Operations Manager and Mateusz Makosiewicz as Chief Marketing Officer.
He is a recognized leader in control technologies in a variety of industries and in research and was formerly Chief Engineer Future Technology for Selex Galileo, Finmeccanica before forming his own robotics company in the UK.
I became involved with ZMorph at a very early stage in their journey, and I am now very excited to have been invited to join this innovative team, to develop the new Zmorph 2.0 SX and to lead new product design to position ZMorph as a leader in this technology.
Iain Duncan, COO of ZMorph
He has been connected with the desktop 3D printing scene immediately after its boom in 2009. Since then he wrote, lectured on the topic and supported 3D printing. Eventually, his passion for 3D printing led him in 2015 to Zortrax, other prominent Polish 3D printer manufacturer where he was appointed as Head of Marketing. Among his rich marketing experience, Mateusz has also led marketing for UXPin, a tech startup in Silicon Valley, one of the first Polish companies that made its way to the famous Bay Area venture capital and became a hallmark of professional design and prototyping market.
The desktop digital fabrication paradigm proved to be effective and is here to stay - 3D printers played the lead role in making that happen. What’s next is as exciting as the legend built around the origins of this industry, because the market is ready for more developed forms of this paradigm. That’s what we want to deliver. ZMorph enhances what everybody knows and loves with amazing multifunctionality and outstanding material versatility within one desktop machine, and we want to share that with the world.
Mateusz Makosiewicz, CMO of ZMorph
