Two brand new use cases, a clever advice on CNC milling, and TCT summary. Here’s ZMorph Digest #38.
Wireless Bluetooth Speaker
ZMorph VX is a perfect multitool for making functional prototypes. One of our latest use cases is the wireless Bluetooth speaker that you may have seen during TCT Show in Birmingham.
One of the challenges was to create a functional PCB with Bluetooth circuit. We used Laser PRO Toolhead to laser etch the PCB. It works smoothly and looks just as good.
Resin Casting With 3D Printed Molds
One of the designers that work with ZMorph VX created lovely containers for bathroom and kitchen supplies. To achieve this good-looking result she first made 3D printed mold boxes that were later used to create silicone mold negatives. She then filled the silicone molds with translucent epoxy resin mixed with small stones. The casted objects now can be sold on the market.

TCT Show 2018
Last month our crew flew all the way to comely Birmingham to participate in TCT Show 2018. We met a lot of people that we already knew from our social media, and it was a really pleasant feeling to finally associate names with faces.
We are really happy that ZMorph VX once again gathered new people interested in our 3D printer with interchangeable toolheads. We hope to see you soon at another exhibition.
Made in Wrocław 2018
ZMorph crew was also invited to participate in Made in Wrocław this October. The event gathers startups and small businesses from Wrocław, Poland and we were really proud to introduce ZMorph VX to local people.
